- Soy Added April 26, 2021★ ★ ★ ★ ★Service this morning was phenomenal. They were busy as hell & i didn’t even have time to look down at my phone. Was the fastest it’s ever been & my order came out perfectly.
- Beau Dacious Added April 26, 2021★ ★ ★ ★ ★So far never dissatisfied. Fresh meals to go with always a top notch beverage. The inside could use some renovating to provide more comfort. But the drive through runs like a well oiled machine.
- Purple Everything Added April 21, 2021★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆A little disappointed I've been here probably half a dozen times twice now with not a person in the queue and no one in the store i was the only order and i could see the screen I've waited over 5 minutes for a coffee after they finish their chat with each other .. I've ordered extra Carmel with every coffee which i pay an extra 80 cents and only on one occasion was i given it, and the young girl who served me was lovely and polite , but 1 in 6 just isn't good enough especially at that price , will persist and try again hopefully i can give a better rating next time or I'll just move on to somewhere else

- TW Added April 15, 2021★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Unfortunately quite hit and miss. The food is very pricy but average at best and the coffee can be great some days but awful others. Convenience in being open late though for night time coffee needs. The staff are friendly but perhaps more effort needs to be put into training all staff to the same level.

Always make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door!! There's no other Zarraffas store that will come close to this one in my opinion ????
