    Rowan's recently repaired a damaged bumper on my two year old VW Tiguan. They did a first class job repairing it. Before using them, I obtained quotes from 4 different Townsville repair shops that all had good reviews on Facebook/Google. Rowan's provided me with the fastest quote, the cheapest quote (two places wanted to charge me literally twice as much!), and kept in touch with me when my car was with them to let me know how the repairs were progressing. I would definitely use them again if needed. For transparency, I have no association with Rowan's/do not know anyone who works there.

    Great service - great advice - excellent workmanship - less time and under the quote which (was significantly less than one of the other big names here in Townsville). My job was done late last year and it looks as good today as it did coming out of the paint shop.

    If you are going elsewhere think again.

    They removed multiple dents and all the stone chips from the bonnet of my Mercedes. Can't fault their work. The panel itself looks like it just came out of the factory.
